Loose prints and framed prints orders take 7-10 business days to be shipped out, plus an additional 2-3+ days to be delivered to you. Allow extra shipping time during holidays or international deliveries.

All framed prints include the cost of shipping within the continental United States.

We ship within the continental U.S. using FedEx Ground. Unframed prints under $200.00 (USD) ship for a flat rate of $15.00 (USD). All framed prints and orders $200.00 (USD) or more include the cost of shipping within the continental United States. To minimize damage to the unframed prints we use tubes, instead of shipping flat. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes in the U.S., please provide a physical address for deliveries. All FedEx shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00 (USD). We ship internationally to the following countries using USPS. Canada: is an estimated flat rate of $30.00 (USD) for unframed prints. The estimated unframed print flat rates for Europe, South East Asia, and Asia: 1 unframed print is $75.00 (USD), 2-3 unframed prints $80.00 (USD), 4-6 unframed prints $110.00 (USD). For 7+ unframed prints and framed prints please contact shipping@artmuse.com for custom estimate.

The following is a listing of countries we can ship to: Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. South East Asia: India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Asia: Australia, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Shipping charges will be visible within PayPal or Google Checkout before confirming an order. If the shipment will be delivered within Texas, an 8.25% sales tax will be applied to your order for both the items purchased and shipping costs. If shipping charges are found to be more than the estimated rates listed above we will invoice you separately for the price difference via PayPal. We print and frame as the orders arrive. As such, we do not have inventory to pull from. Our prints and frames are custom-sized, hand-trimmed, and carefully inspected before shipping. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days (Monday through Friday). Allow at least 7-10 business days after your order has been processed for your order to be shipped out. Please account for any U.S. holidays during this time. Allow at least 2-3 weeks during holiday seasons and international deliveries.

Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Additional charges will apply if we must ship the unframed/framed print(s) to a new address(es). Note: If shipping costs are higher than listed above then a separate invoice will be sent to you via paypal. All shipping costs must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Returns. We do not take responsibility for late, lost, or damaged deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the print when received. If your print is damaged please contact us at shipping@artmuse.com within five days of receipt of the print. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
