Biography Kristy Lynn was born in New Albany, Indiana and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. After attending East Carolina University she moved to New York and lived there until deciding to make an adventurous move to Tucson, Arizona in the fall of 2006. Her time in Arizona was artistically nurturing and she developed a more colorful palette -- this carried into her return to New York (Brooklyn) where she lived and worked between May 2010 to November 2011. She now has studio space in North Carolina and is excited for this new phase of her career.

Statement Kristy Lynn's work explores the realms familiar to dreamers and wanderers. Texture built with wax-infused oil paint and soft color blended from pastel tones flesh out her visions from the subconscious. Delicate lines define her drawings and also form the foundation of her paintings.
